Custom Fireplace Screen & Replacement Parts – American-Made in the Pacific Northwest since 1987

Cascade Home Décor offers custom fireplace screens for both indoor and outdoor use in a variety of custom sizes and finishes to create the look you want for your home or business.

Custom options include the widest variety of firescreen weaves, colors and wire materials offered in the industry. Heavy duty 1/4” weave, 19-gauge steel mesh is standard. Optional 1/8” superfine mesh and 3/16” mini-mesh is available for added spark protection and a more luxurious appearance. The steel mesh is zinc-phosphate coated to maximize corrosion resistance and paint adherence. For damage protection, steel reinforcing rods are inserted in all mesh panel vertical edges. The standard fullness added is 40%. The mesh is suspended from a nickel-plated, one-piece back rod or from optional I-beam tracks for long-lasting and maintenance-free operation of the screen.

Measurement Instructions

Measure your fireplace opening with a steel tape measure in accordance with the specifications on the diagram. Select the size of each measurement (the first box is for whole inches, the second is for fractions of an inch) to the nearest 1/16″ in the provided drop downs. Do not make allowances. We will allow for necessary clearance.

Width – Measure the top width of the inside of the fireplace opening

Height – Measure the height from the inside of the top of the firebox opening to the firebox floor, 1″ inside of the face of the fireplace.
